Ordering Process
How can I order from ey Linda?
1. Shopping cart
Once you have chosen your desired items in the right colour and size, click the "Add to cart" button. This places your selection in the shopping cart. You can change your selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the quantity of products or cancelling the order process. Click the "Checkout" button to proceed to the next step.
2. Checkout
Please sign in with your email address and your password. If you do not yet have a customer account with us, please register as a new customer first or simply use the guest login. Your data is of course collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (privacy notice). It will not be used otherwise or passed on to third parties.
Once you are signed in, you can choose the shipping method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.
3. Check billing address / choose payment method
Now check your billing address and select your preferred payment method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.
4. Check shipping address / choose shipping method
Now check your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method. Once you have entered all details correctly, click the "Continue" button to reach the final step.
5. Complete the order / Terms and privacy
Before completing your order you will receive an overview of the items you have ordered. Here you will see the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Please check that all details are correct and read the Terms & Conditions and the right of withdrawal carefully.
You can only proceed with the order if you accept the Terms & Conditions and the privacy policy by ticking the box. By clicking the "Place order" button you send your order to us.
After completing your order you will receive a confirmation from us by email. This gives you another overview of your order. You can also find all the details of your order at any time in your "account".
Cancelling your order
If you change your mind after all, you can cancel your order by phone on 0511 - 76 170 180 (during business hours) or by email to kontakt@eylinda.de.
