Jalfe about itself: Our work is based on respect for people and the environment, reflected in our commitment to ethical and more sustainable production. All Jalfe garments are designed and knitted in Denmark, dyed and sewn in Europe. It is important to us to keep production close by. This allows us to ensure high quality and precision in every detail, to maintain our high standards and to secure good working conditions. In our collections we use pure merino wool that is mulesing-free, and organic cotton. This means our wool comes from sheep that have not been subjected to the painful mulesing procedure, and that our cotton is grown without the use of harmful chemicals and genetic modification. We do not work with seasonal collections. Instead we prefer a slow flow, adding a small selection of new styles and new colours about twice a year, in both merino wool and organic cotton. We are proud to offer a unique, wide selection of beautiful colours and stripes.
